Coach Travaglino is a tenured Physical Education teacher at Pearl River Middle School, entering into his 15th year of teaching in the District and 16th year teaching overall.

"Coach Trav" is entering into his 15th year as a high school football coach. All 15 years have been spent at Pearl River High School. He is the Head Coach of the Varsity Program and is currently assisted by Assistant Coaches Shinners, Loughlin, and Aris. Coach Trav has also coached the Junior Varsity program as its Head Coach. One benefit for Coach Trav having spent his entire coaching career in the Pearl River School District is that he has seen many generations of his players go on to become great men, which he finds just as rewarding as victories on Saturdays. He bleeds Pirate Royal & White and has put his heart and soul into the program.

Coach Trav played college football at Springfield College (DIII; E8) in Springfield, MA and high school football at Notre Dame Catholic High School (CIAH) in Fairfield, CT. His favorite football team is the New york Giants, and he currently has no favorite college team. He has no favorite current player either but his favorite all-time player is famed Chicago Bears linebacker and Hall of Famer, Dick Butkus. According to Coach Trav, "he was the man."

Coach Travaglino is married, has 2 children and currently resides in Rockland County, NY.

Coach Aris is a Physical Education teacher in the Bedford Central School District in Bedford, NY entering his 2nd year of teaching in the District and 3rd year teaching overall.

Coach Aris is entering into his 3rd year as a high school football coach. Last year, he was the Defensive Coordinator and coached Linebackers and Running Backs on Pearl River's Junior Varsity Team. He has spent his entire coaching career at Pearl River High School, where he also played his high school football. Coach Aris actually played Defensive Back and Wide Receiver for Coach Trav not too long ago. 

His favorite football teams include the Buffalo Bills and the University of Notre Dame Fighting Irish. When asked why he was such an avid Bills supporter, Coach Aris replied, "Because nobody circles the wagons like the Buffalo Bills."

Summary:
Coach Loughlin is a retired history teacher, who volunteers his time coaching football in the Pearl River School District and we benefit greatly from his heart and character. He taught for 34 years before his retirement.

Coach Loughlin is entering his 41st year as a high school football coach. For the past several years, he has assisted Coach Trav and Coach Shinners on the Varsity Program. Coach Loughlin has also coached the Varsity programs at the St. Agnes School and Home for Boys for 1 year, Nanuet High School for 32 years, and Rye Neck High School for 3 years. 

Coach Loughlin played college baseball at Fairfield University (MAAC) in Fairfield, CT and high school football at Tappan Zee High School (NYSPHSAA Section I-A), the "great old one in Piermont" as he likes to put it. His favorite football team is the Buffalo Bills, because "nobody circles the wagons like the Buffalo Bills", Boise St. University and Nichols College. His favorite current professional athletes are both golfers: Phil Mickelson and Rocco Mediate. He was particularly inspired by Rocco Mediate's most recent near-upset at the 2008 US Open where the 157th ranked golfer took the greatest golfer in history in Tiger Woods to 91 holes before losing by 1 stroke. He believes this is the type of mentality PRHS football players should have: "any one of us can be great; any one of us can be a champion, so long as we truly believe and never let up."

Coach Loughlin is married with 3 adult children and currently resides in Rockland County, NY.
